Villa Torre Delle Stelle is a beautiful chalet of new construction surrounded by greenery, it has a large garden and parking space. It is 200 meters away from the sea.

It is inserted in the beautiful village of "Torre Delle Stelle", a tourist village near Cagliari, 25 km from the airport, along the coast road to Villasimius.

The beaches

"Torre Delle Stelle" village is characterized by two long beaches of fine white sand, called Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa with a crystal sea.
Both beaches are safe because the seabed is extremely low and therefore ideal for children. The nearest beach is Cann'e Sisa to 200 feet away, 5 minutes by walk.
A 10 minute drive you can reach the beach of Solanas and the beautiful beaches of Villasimius.

Description of the Villa

The villa is modulated in two apartments.
Level lodge: in the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed and a bathroom; on the first floor two bedrooms (one with three beds and one with two beds) and one bathroom with balcony. There are large verandas, garden, barbeque, hot outdoor shower, parking.
Bright basement apartment: two bedrooms, double + two single beds, large living room with kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, use of the gazebo in the garden, barbeque, hot outdoor shower, parking.

Services

The village is equipped with all services, including two shopping centers with a supermarket, bar, butcher and Pizzeria.
There is a diving center that offers the opportunity to explore the depths of Torre delle Stelle viewing wrecks. In the village you can find alsos a children's playground, volleyball court, basketball court, skating rink, tennis courts and soccer fields.
